The North Shore Cat Club and the Chicago Shorthair Cat Club are sister clubs affliated with the Cat Fanciers Association in the United States.

North Shore Cat Club became a member club of CFA in 1945 and Chicago Shorthair Cat Club in 1964.

The clubs are dedicated to the preservation of pedigreed cats and to enhancing the welfare of all cats.
